This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the information that the 1937 Group Ltd., its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and service partners including but not limited to KVL International LLC (collectively, “1937”) collects about you; how we use and protect this information; and the choices you can make about how we use this information.

Information Covered by This Policy: This Privacy Policy applies to information, including personal information, collected about you by 1937. Personal information is information that could reasonably allow you or your household to be identified.

CALIFORNIA

Vermont law places additional limits on sharing information about Vermont residents. As long as a user remains a resident of Vermont, we will not share information we collect about Vermont residents to companies outside of 1937 or to 1937 affiliates, except:
